1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of TheRuliad.AI (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not create an account or continue using the App.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

A. Our Intellectual Property
The source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

B. Third-Party Rights
Third-party names, likenesses, trademarks, and creative materials remain the property of their respective owners. The App may display them when supplied or directed by a user, when needed to identify or interoperate with a service, or where another lawful basis applies. Unless expressly stated, such display does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

3. User Representations

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

1. Your registration information will be accurate and current.
2. You have legal capacity to accept these Terms and will comply with them.
3. You are at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age that applies where you live.
4. Any human, agent, API client, or automation using your account will act only with your authorization, within the controls provided by the App, and within any stated budget or approval limits.
5. You will not use the App for an illegal, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purpose.

3A. Authorized Agents and Available Tokens

When you explicitly authorize Claude or another agent to perform a task in your Ruliad account, you authorize the ordinary actions needed to complete that task: create and edit projects, analyze your supplied sources, select assets, generate and revise scripts, images, video and audio, save and reopen work, assemble edits, and render, export and download the resulting files. The agent may use tokens already available in that account for the requested task and reasonable repairs without asking you to approve each token use. Any stricter task budget, organization policy or approval limit you set continues to apply.

This authorization does not permit buying or topping up tokens, starting or upgrading a subscription, charging an external provider account, purchasing advertising, publishing or distributing an ad to an external audience, changing security or account access, or permanently deleting data. Those actions require separate authorization. A token balance or browser connection alone is not an instruction to start a task.

You may narrow or withdraw your instructions at any time and revoke a Browser Bridge connection through connected-browser management. Revoking access stops future requests; work already submitted may still finish and consume tokens. Existing users and connected browsers are not treated as having granted new instructions merely because these terms change.

Claude and other agent hosts retain their own permission rules. Accepting these terms does not install a host allow rule, override a denial, or remove a required human approval. Complete any supported host permission setup yourself or through your administrator. An agent must stop at an unresolved host restriction and must not disable or bypass it.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. As a user of the App, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve or copy App data outside the export, API, agent, or integration features we provide, unless we give written permission.
• Circumvent security, identity, approval, billing, usage-limit, or access-control features.
• Use information from the App to harass, deceive, exploit, or harm another person.
• Upload, generate, or distribute content that you do not have authority to use, or that violates another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
• Upload malware or other material designed to disrupt the App or another user’s systems.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of content you upload, submit, or create through the App ("Your Content"). You give us a limited permission to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transform, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the App and to carry out your instructions. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content and the uses you direct.

6. Service Availability

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee that every generated result will be error-free or suitable for every intended use, so you should review important outputs before publishing or distributing them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruliad and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of the App. Any limitation that cannot lawfully apply will apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

8. Responsibility for Your Use

You are responsible for your account, instructions, approvals, and Your Content. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Ruliad and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or content you supplied without the required rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the App changes. We will post the updated date and provide additional notice when required by law or when a change materially affects your rights. Continuing to use the App after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
