# Agent creation economics — outcome pricing

Create for free. Agents should use the supported research, script, storyboard, image, video, voiceover, music, editing, save and review tools continuously within the customer's creative task. Exercise creative judgment, inspect results and revise the needed components. Do not stop to check a credit balance, obtain a compute quote, request a spending cap, approve a per-action charge or ask for a top-up. Usage and margin-inclusive activity values are visible comparisons, never customer creation charges or workflow gates. Missing usage measurements must not discard accepted results or stop unrelated work.

Payment belongs only at final ad export: each ad unlocks all future versions and re-downloads of its project. One-time packs do not expire. Optional monthly refills are 25% cheaper; unused monthly ads expire at the actual paid billing-period boundary without rollover. Already-unlocked ads stay unlocked. The customer chooses the purchase or recurring subscription explicitly. Creating never buys or subscribes automatically.

Keep the actual creative brief, requested storyboard/rough-cut/final-cut reviews, owner/project isolation, source and likeness permissions, technical/provider safeguards and saved-work verification. A provider outage or capacity limit is a technical issue to diagnose, not a customer billing approval. Preserve accepted work and reconcile uncertain jobs before retrying. Explicit internal QA/operator allocations remain separate and enforced; never turn those into routine customer checkpoints. External media buys, wallet payments and other external purchases still require their own customer authorization.

# Storyboard — focused operating guide

Version: 2026-10-13.2

## When to load and prerequisites
Load before still-frame generation, board review or an exact-shot revision. Prerequisites: selected script, exact shot IDs/revision and assigned talent/product/location sources. Inspect required image binaries; a name, guideline or concept image does not establish identity authority. Inspect actual pixels against the brief and selected sources before accepting. Keep accepted neighbors. For a note about one frame identify its target and protected neighbors, use the exact Step 4 modal and regenerate only that frame within existing authorization. Optional MAIN reviseStoryboardShot is an alternative. An unclear reference binding needs state inspection, not global recasting.

Use Create PDF review link in the Production Matrix header or retrieve/attach Download PDF. Open the actual content-bound PDF; page one must be the continuity contact sheet, followed by every current shot/image and complete notes. Send the full returned private account-authenticated URL unchanged with project, revision, shot count and known limits. Explain own-browser login when needed; a download toast is not delivery. Obtain the human creative decision required for the current board. Do not request a generation quote, credit balance, top-up or spend approval. A changed board requires only its applicable creative review. Planning diagrams/contact sheets are not provider pixels: use selected clean reference binaries and original panels for generation.

## Required inputs
A script or shot idea; optional talent, product, location and style references.

## Supported actions
1. Open the standalone Storyboard workspace for shot planning.
2. Retain shot order, dialogue and visual intent; references improve consistency but are optional.
3. Generate the requested frames and authorized revisions through free creation; inspect saved history before retrying.
4. Use visual guides as composition references and verify their actual images.
5. Authorized assistants may inspect the actual full frame against the saved shot and references, then use Accept frame themselves within the delegated task. Review verifier findings, record a reason, and revise mismatches; never accept unseen frames or infer approval from generation status. This assistant frame acceptance never replaces human approval of the complete storyboard where the human reserved that creative review.
6. Step 4 still-frame generation and revisions may continue within the authorized creative task. Before NEW Step 4 video: save and visually check the full board, use Create PDF review link in the Production Matrix top header, open and verify the actual PDF, and send the returned private account-authenticated link to the human in chat with campaign, revision, shot count and known limits. Send the full URL unchanged. Explain own-browser login or Muse Take control of the browser for scrolling/thumbnails. Keep the review window; no competing browser task during human review. Download PDF is an alternative only if your host can retrieve and attach the file; a download toast is not delivery. Take spoken/typed shot feedback through exact shot modals and return a revised PDF. Obtain the requested human creative decision for the current storyboard. Continue free authorized production without a quote, balance check or billing approval. Changes require only the applicable creative review. Assistant frame acceptance does not replace a reserved human creative decision.

## Expected outputs and verification
Editable shot descriptions and saved storyboard images.
- Verify shot count, order, framing and saved images.
- A storyboard is not a completed video.

## Common failures and recovery
Inspect the current scope, exact error, job, receipt and saved output before retrying. Use the normal supported controls and current public guide for non-destructive recovery within scope; verify and save. MAIN consultation is optional. If required inputs, authentication, technical capacity or instructions are unavailable, name that specific blocker and continue independent authorized work. No duplicate paid jobs or inferred completion.

## Dependencies and expansion
Required: core. Load production only when the task reaches that operation. Use tools to discover exact MAIN schemas or standalone skill guides; load only the selected contract.

## Separate storyboard style from finished video
A drawn storyboard is a layout/action plan. Its style does not authorize a drawn final ad. The exact shot editor’s **Finished video style** sets Photoreal (default) or As authored without regenerating either image or video. Photoreal uses the real bound product/talent/location images and archives the known sketch guide as a composition plan, preventing its ink/marker background from becoming a live-action source. As authored retains the guide-image path; unclassified legacy guides remain intact. Save/read back the choice and inspect the actual replacement video before claiming the medium repair succeeded. Keep the original guide and all neighboring accepted work. See Production for the explicit recovery-backed Setup/Cast & Crew revision action; adding a reference to the available pool does not itself change each shot’s binding or authorize a paid call.
## Step 4 continuity contact sheet and unified review

Production automatically composes a contact sheet from current Steps 1-3 setup, settings, brand/product sources, talent/team, creative direction, script, shot actions/timing, audio plans and generated storyboard panels. It is a planning projection, not approved model output. Missing panels and unattached sources stay explicit. The contact sheet opens a landscape PDF with the visual cover first, then every shot and complete readable planning data. Continuity download is PDF only.

The visual cinematic direction strip pairs current frames with authored scene, framing, movement and beat duration. Its right-hand cinematography notes preserve narrative intent, mood, selected palette, lighting and camera language, plus derived eyeline/screen-direction/scale continuity guidance. Unspecified lenses, blocking or palettes are not invented from example imagery. Inspect the actual panels; planning metadata alone does not establish visual continuity. Per-shot video context carries applicable notes while keeping the annotated contact sheet out of provider pixels.

For Step 4 human review, use the actual Download PDF or Create PDF review link. Page one must be the contact sheet and every shot must follow with its current image and complete notes. Open and verify the returned content-bound PDF; deliver the exact link or retrieved PDF attachment into the human's assistant chat for review on their own device. A remote browser preview, progress indicator or download toast is not delivery or approval. Review the shared plan and cuts together; changed settings, sources or copy require a new review version. The applicable storyboard and edit creative reviews remain. Ordinary customer creation requires no financial checkpoint.

MAIN and visiting assistants read the same scoped package through getProductionArchitectState with includeContinuity true, optionally shotId and continuityRevision. Default reads give a compact orientation; per-shot reads return complete action/dialogue and original source handles. Use getCurrentScript for full exact copy. Source handles are not visual evidence: inspect actual images before claiming QA. The full package is not added to every system prompt. Account/project changes invalidate it.

The annotated sheet is not a provider image or first frame. Video generation uses the shot's selected clean talent/product/location references and original panel, plus relevant structured continuity notes. Unassigned uploads, guideline documents, logos and planning diagrams cannot silently become actor or SKU authority. The diagram describes authored scene order, not measured geometry. No new speculative angles or provider calls are purchased by composing the sheet; optional missing references do not block generation. Preserve accepted neighbor clips during a one-shot correction, exact dialogue/public copy, separate music and the existing Step 4/6 edit.

Review the current storyboard and obtain the human creative decisions required by the task. Ordinary customer creation, revisions, analysis, audio and editing are free. Never ask for a compute quote, credit top-up, available balance or billing approval to continue those steps. Usage values are informational and never an amount owed. Payment happens only when unlocking a finished ad at Export; each ad includes all future versions. Monthly subscriptions require explicit opt-in. Retain source, likeness, creative-review and provider safeguards. Separate internal QA/operator allocations, including the existing $50 cap, remain enforced and never fall through to unlimited customer creation.

Step 4 storyboard still-image generation, visual QA and targeted revisions are free within the creative task. Prioritize delivering the actual current storyboard PDF before unrelated QA reports. A browser-local filename or ready toast is not a delivered review link.

PDF delivery procedure: Scroll the Step 4 main panel to the Production Matrix header. Choose Create PDF review link. Wait for the visible Storyboard PDF ready for human review result, then read the actual Open private storyboard PDF review link or Copy private storyboard PDF review link field. This uploads the complete versioned PDF into the signed-in owner's private storage, verifies the saved bytes, and returns an account-authenticated review address. Send that exact link privately in the human user's assistant chat immediately; the human opens it signed into the same Ruliad account. It is a read-only snapshot, not an approval receipt. Do not switch accounts to make a mismatched link work, expose storage grants, publish campaign content, or manufacture a URL. Interactive handoff: Send the complete URL, including its final review identifier, without truncating or reconstructing it; use Copy storyboard review message. Explain: open it in your own browser signed into the same account, or in Muse choose Take control of the browser before scrolling/selecting thumbnails. Offer Download this PDF. During human review, do not navigate that window away or start a competing browser task. Seeing the PDF does not prove customer control; if takeover fails, deliver the exact link or actual PDF attachment. The page offers Download this PDF. The ordinary Download PDF button is an alternative only when your host can retrieve the browser download and attach the actual file to the human chat; a browser-local filename, blob URL, download toast, screenshot, print capture or HTML page is not a delivered PDF. Do not use Email Storyboard as a PDF-link substitute.
